Prioritizing Student Mental Health

Mental Health Awareness Week featured workshops, activities, and resources designed to support student emotional wellbeing and reduce stigma around mental health issues.

Week Activities

  • Daily mindfulness and meditation sessions
  • Workshops on stress management and coping strategies
  • Art therapy and creative expression activities
  • Panel discussions with mental health professionals
  • Peer support group meetings

Ongoing Support

Our school counseling team is always available to support students. We've also launched a new peer mentoring program to provide additional support networks.

Resources for Families

Parents can access mental health resources and guidance through our school portal. We encourage open communication between home and school to best support our students.
